The location is excellent; you can walk to the Royal Mile in 20-30 minutes while enjoying the city. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Richard is very helpful and friendly. We also really liked the room, which is beautiful and has everything we need.

A very elegant and clean house with rooms. Super nice and comfortable. Breakfast is served in your room, which, although small, has all the amenities. There’s a bus stop a 5-minute walk away. It’s a residential area and there are no services such as restaurants or shops, but the city center is a 10-minute bus ride away.

Breakfast was good. The night before, you choose the breakfast you want and the time you’d like it. It’s brought to your room promptly. In our case, we forgot to specify the time, and very early in the morning we sent a message to see if it would be possible to have it first thing, and there was no problem.
